RICE BALLS 
1 c. rice
2 chicken bouillon cubes
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Dash of salt and pepper
Pinch of garlic powder
1/2 lb. grated Mozzarella cheese
3 eggs
Bread crumbs
Oil for frying

Cook rice and bouillon cubes in 2 cups water. Cool and mix with Parmesan, salt, pepper, garlic powder, Mozzarella and eggs. Shape into balls, coat with bread crumbs, fry in oil.
