PORTUCGGE DRESSING 
Allspice
Onion
Garlic clove (one)
Celery
Salt and pepper
Wet down one loaf bread (soak bread, mash up good)
2 eggs
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 lb. sausage meat
Sage to taste

Cook onion, celery, garlic and meats together. Drain grease. Put in spice and bread and eggs. Cook at medium heat on top of stove.
