MANICOTTI 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 c. creamed cottage cheese (or ricotta)
4 oz. shredded Mozzarella
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. mayonnaise
8 manicotti shells, cooked and drained
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1/2 tsp. oregano
Parmesan cheese

Brown ground beef and garlic; drain. Mix next 4 ingredients in bowl, stir in beef. Fill each shell with about 1/4 cup cheese meat mixture. Place in baking dish; cover with sauce. Sprinkle with oregano and cheese. Cover with foil. Bake in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes. Remove foil. Bake 10 minutes more. Serves 4.
