CRANBERRY SALAD 
1/2 c. sugar
2 pkgs. strawberry or raspberry gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. crushed pineapple
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
1 can cranberry sauce whole or jelled
1 c. chopped pecans

Dissolve gelatin and sugar in boiling water. Add cranberry sauce. Blend into gelatin mixture using a wire whisk until mixture is smooth. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour into mold or casserole dish to chill.
