CRAB DELIGHT FETTUCCINE 
6 oz. fettuccine
1/4 c. butter
2 finely chopped garlic cloves
1 c. half & half
8 oz. crab meat
1/2 c. Parmesan, grated
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper

Cook fettuccine as directed on package. Drain. Heat butter and garlic in skillet on medium until garlic is lightly browned. Add half & half, crab and pepper. Heat 3 minutes, or until mixture bubbles stirring occasionally. Add Parmesan; stir for 1 minute. Remove from heat. Toss crab sauce with noodles. Serve immediately with additional Parmesan if desired.
