SURFSIDE SANDWICH 
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/2 c. sour cream
1 1/2 tsp. chicken-flavored instant bouillon
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
1/4 tsp. dill weed
12 slices pumpernickel bread
Lettuce leaves
2 med. tomatoes, sliced
2 (8 oz.) pkg. imitation crab blend, cut into thin strips
8 oz. Swiss cheese slices
8 slices bacon, cooked

In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, bouillon, lemon rind and dill weed. Chill to blend flavors.

Spread 1 tablespoon mayonnaise dressing on each slice of bread. Layer lettuce, tomato, imitation crab and cheese on bottom bread slice. Top with second slice of bread. Repeat layers, ending with bacon and bread. Serve with additional dressing. Refrigerate leftovers. Makes 4 servings.
