SQUASH CASSEROLE 
2 yellow squash
2 zucchini
1/2 pt. sour cream
8 oz. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
Grated carrots
1 onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Bread crumbs

Boil zucchini, squash, and onion. Mix soup, sour cream, grated carrots. Mix all ingredients together. In pan: layer bread crumbs, the mix, more bread crumbs. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Take cover off last 5 minutes.
