SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
3 green peppers
3 onions
1 stick butter
2 cans tomato sauce (29 oz.)
2 lbs. hamburger
1 tbsp. Italian seasoning
1 tbsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 c. sugar

Simmer diced peppers and onions in butter until cooked. Brown hamburger in large pan. Add peppers, onions, tomato sauce and seasoning and simmer for 2 hours. Makes a large pot of sauce.
