VEAL GOULASH 
1 lb. diced veal
3/4 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. fat
4 tbsp. flour
1 c. onions, chopped fine
1/3 c. chili sauce
1 c. boiling water
1/3 c. grated cheese

Roll veal in flour. Brown in fat. Add other ingredients. Simmer 2 hours.
