HAWAIIAN CHICKEN 
2 lbs. broiler fryer pieces
1 (8 1/4 oz.) can sliced pineapple
1/3 c. Heinz 57 Sauce
2 tbsp. honey
Salt & pepper

Place chicken in pan. Season with salt and pepper. Bake in 400 degree oven, 30 minutes. Meanwhile, drain pineapple, reserve 2 tablespoons liquid. Combine reserved liquid, 57 Sauce and honey and pour over chicken. Bake an additional 25 minutes, basting occasionally. Arrange pineapple over chicken; bake 10 minutes longer. Drain excess fat from sauce. Spoon sauce over chicken. Makes 4 servings.
