1 lb. softened cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
3 egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. lemon juice
3 egg whites
1/3 c. sugar
Vanilla wafers
Cherry pie filling

Cream together cream cheese and sugar; add yolks, vanilla and lemon juice. Mix thoroughly.

Beat egg whites until stiff, add sugar. Fold whites into cheese mixture.

Put one vanilla wafer in bottom of paper cupcake lines in muffin tins. Spoon filling to 2/3 full.
