BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb ground sirloin (less fat)
1 med. onion, chopped
1 carton sour cream (8 oz.)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown meat and onion in skillet. Add cream of mushroom soup, cream chicken soup. NO WATER. Stir and simmer on low 15-20 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste. Add carton of sour cream. Heat thoroughly on LOW. Serve over egg noodles or rice. (Quick and delicious.)
