PUMPKIN BREAD 
2 egg whites or 1/2 c. cholesterol-free egg product
1/2 c. applesauce
1/4 c. molasses
2 c. cooked pumpkin
2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger and nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cloves

Combine all moist ingredients. Sift dry ingredients and add. Bake in greased pan at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
