BRUNCH EGG CASSEROLE 
20 oz. frozen hash brown potatoes
2 c. diced ham
2 c. shredded cheese
12 eggs beaten with 2 c. milk

Place hash browns in bottom of greased 9x13 pan. Top potatoes with ham and cheese. Pour egg mixture over potatoes. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
