HAM AND EGG BRUNCH CASSEROLE | |
7 slices white bread, cubed 1 lb. precooked ham, diced 1/2 lb. Old English Kraft cheese, diced 3 eggs, beaten 2 c. milk 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1/2 tsp. salt 1 stick butter, melted Mix bread, ham and cheese cubes in a greased large casserole dish. Beat eggs, milk, mustard and salt; pour over bread mixture. Pour melted butter on top. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour uncovered. (Cooper) |
