GLITTERING GOLD SALAD 
2 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon flavored gelatin
3/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. boiling water
2 c. cold water
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 (12 oz.) can vacuum packed golden whole kernel corn with sweet peppers, drained

Dissolve gelatin and salt in boiling water. Add cold water and lemon juice. Chill until thickened. Fold in corn. Pour into a 5-cup mold. Chill until firm. Unmold on a bed of leaf lettuce. Serves 8 to 10.
