16 oz. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 box of frozen spinach
1/2 can of water chestnuts
1 envelop of vegetable soup mix.
Green onions to taste

Thaw and drain spinach. Mix all ingredients to gather and store in the refrigerator, to set. Serve with crackers.
