NEVER-FAIL FUDGE 
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can evaporated milk
5 c. sugar
2 sticks butter
1 pkg. chocolate chips (semi-sweet)
4 oz. cocoa
1 lb. pkg. marshmallows
2 c. nuts, chopped

Melt butter in large pan. Add sugar and milk. Bring to a boil and boil 6 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from flame. Add marshmallows, chocolate chips, cocoa and nuts. Stir until chocolate and marshmallows are melted. Beat rapidly for 1 minute; pour in large buttered pan and cut into squares.
