1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 lb. hamburger
1 sm. can refried beans
1 sm. can chopped chilies
1 onion, chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 sm. can jalapeno relish
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Jack cheese, grated
1 sm. container sour cream
Guacamole - optional

Brown hamburger and drain off excess fat. Add taco seasoning and set aside. In pie plate evenly spread refried beans. Spoon hamburger on top of beans, then add layer of chopped chilies, jalapeno relish, onions, and tomatoes. Then add layer of jack and Cheddar cheese. Top it off with sour cream and guacamole if desired.
