NELDA FREEMAN'S HAM LOAF 
1 1/2 lbs. ground ham
1 lb. fresh pork
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. milk
1 c. cracker crumbs

Mix well and shape into loaf. Put in a shallow baking pan. Bake 2 hours at 350 degrees. During the baking, baste frequently with the following basting sauce.

BASTING SAUCE:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/2 c. boiling water
1/2 c. vinegar
