ALABAMA BROCCOLI SALAD 
2 bunches broccoli flowerets
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1/3 c. raisins
1 tbsp. minced onions
8 oz. can water chestnuts
1/2 c. real bacon bits

Wash broccoli and cut into bite size pieces, discard stems. Toss broccoli with water chestnuts, bacon and raisins. Stir together mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, sugar and onions. Combine vegetables and dressing. Refrigerate several hours before serving.
