BURGER CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. celery, sliced
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1 can vegetable soup
1/4 tsp. salt or less
1 c. mashed potatoes

In skillet, brown beef. Add celery and onion; cook until tender. Pour off fat. Add soup and salt. Spoon into 1 quart casserole. Mound potatoes around edge of casserole. Bake at 425 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Will serve 4.
