ONION PATTIES 
2 1/2 c. chopped onions
3/4 c. flour
2 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. dry milk powder
1 tbsp. cornmeal
Cold milk

Combine all but cold milk; mix well. Add enough milk to make stiff batter. Drop by spoonfuls into hot oil. Spread a little if needed. Fry until golden on both sides.
