PANCAKE OR WAFFLE MIX 
10 c. all-purpose flour
2 1/2 c. instant nonfat dry milk
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. baking powder
2 tbsp. salt

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Stir together to blend. Put in a large airtight container such as tupperware. Store in a cook, dry place. Use within 6-8 months. Makes about 13 cups of mix.

PANCAKES OR WAFFLES:

1 1/2 c. pancake mix
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 c. water
3 tbsp. oil

Put pancake mix in a medium bowl, add egg, water and oil; mix well. For thinner pancakes add little more water. For thicker ones, add little more mix.
