FLUFFY PANCAKE MIX

12 c. flour
4 c. dry milk
3/4 c. baking powder
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. salt

Combine and sift several times - important to mix well.

To make pancakes:

1 1/2 c. mix
1 c. water
1 egg
2 tbsp. oil

Beat until smooth. Bake on well greased griddle.
