CHICKEN OR TURKEY CASSEROLE 
Butter bottom of large casserole dish. Prepare large bag (16 ounces) of broccoli. Spread 1/2 in dish. Add 1 to 1 1/2 cups diced chicken/turkey. Spread 1/2 cream sauce over mixture. Repeat layers with remaining ingredients with rest of sauce on top. Cover and cook at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Serve with hot rolls and cranberry sauce.

Melt 6 tablespoons butter in saucepan. Add 6 tablespoons flour and mix into paste. Add 2 cups milk, salt and pepper to taste. Mix over medium heat just to boiling point (bubbles appear). Ready to use.
