BETTY CROCKERS CAKE MIX PEANUT
BUTTER CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
 
2 eggs
1/3 c. water
1/4 c. butter, softened
1 c. peanut butter
1 pkg. Betty Crocker lemon cake mix
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Beat eggs, water, butter and peanut butter with electric beaters and half the cake mix until light and fluffy. Stir in remaining cake mix and chocolate chips. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes. Makes 6 dozen.

For Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Bars: Spread dough in greased and floured jelly roll pan, 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1 inches. Bake about 25 minutes. Cool; cut in bars. Makes 30 bars (3x1 1/2 inches).
