POTATO BAKE 
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (2 lb.) bag Ore Ida frozen has brown potatoes
1 (8 oz.) bag Cheddar cheese
1 (16 oz.) sour cream
1 stick butter
1 sm. onion, grated
1 to 2 cans sliced water chestnuts
Salt
Pepper
1 c. potato chips or corn flakes, crushed

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients, except potato chips/corn flakes, together and pour into 9 x 13 inch pan.

Bake 45 minutes, then cover top of casserole with potato chips or corn flakes. Return to oven and cook additional 15 minutes.
