1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 cup peanut butter
12 oz. Crispix cereal
3 cups confectioners' sugar

Melt first 2 ingredients in a double boiler or microwave oven and stir well. Pour the mixture over the cereal and stir to coat. Pour coated cereal into a brown paper bag filled with confectioners' sugar and shake until coated. Allow to cool until chocolate is solidified.
