LIME-PINEAPPLE MOLD 
1 pkg. lime gelatin
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 c. crushed pineapple
1 1/2 c. boiling water

Sprinkle gelatin powder over cream cheese, mash with fork and add boiling water. Beat with electric mixer, add pineapple. Chill until firm.
