CHOCOLATE ECLAIR RING 
1 c. water
1 stick butter

Boil.

Add:

1 c. flour

Mix quickly (forms a ball like dough). Put in mixer.

Add:

4 eggs (one at a time slowly)

Beat well.

Grease pan. Place by tablespoons on pan to form a ring. Bake 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes (cooks slower at lower temperature, does not brown as fast and cooks thoroughly).

FILLING:

2 sm. boxes vanilla instant pudding
2 1/2 c. milk

Whip. (Do not follow recipe on box of pudding.) Fold in middle size Cool Whip.

Cut and fill ring. (Cut more towards top of ring to give more of a wall to hold filling.) Put cover back on ring.

TOPPING:

2 oz. unsweetened chocolate
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. milk

Melt together.

Add:

1 c. confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
