CHOCOLATE ECLAIR RING 
1 c. water
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
4 eggs

FILLING:

2 instant vanilla pudding
2 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
8 oz. Cool Whip

FROSTING:

2 sq. chocolate
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. milk
1 c. powdered sugar

For Pastry: Combine water and butter in pan and bring to rolling boil. Add flour all at once stirring constantly and remove from heat. Cool slightly. Add eggs one a time and beat thoroughly after each. Place on lightly greased pizza pan in the shape an "O'. Stay 1 1/2 inches away from edge, (it spreads). Bake at 400 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. When cool, slice in half horizontally.

For Filling: Beat pudding and milk until thick. Add vanilla and fold in Cool Whip. Put on bottom half of pastry. Cover the filling with top half of pastry.

For Frosting: Combine ingredients. Spread frosting on top of ring.
