BRENDA'S BEEF STEW 
1 c. celery, chopped
8-10 potatoes, diced
6 carrots, chopped
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 can green beans, undrained
2 c. V-8 juice
1/4 box tapioca
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
2 lb. stew meat

Combine all the ingredients and bake at 250 degrees for 4 1/2 hours.
