MOIST 7-UP CAKE 
3 sticks butter
3 sticks sugar
6 eggs
3 c. flour
3 tbsp. pure lemon extract
1 c. 7-Up
1/4 tsp. salt

Cream together butter, sugar, eggs, one at a time. Sift together in a separate bowl, flour and salt. Add alternately the flour and the 7-Up. Cream together very well with an electric mixer.

Pour this mixture into a well greased and floured bundt pan. Bake it for one hour at 325 degrees or until it is done.

This is a good old heavy cake. You'll keep eating one piece after another!! Weight Watchers please stay away from this cake, it is lethal...(Smile)...
