BLUEBERRY DUMP CAKE | |
2 1/2 c. crushed canned pineapple, undrained 3 c. fresh or frozen blueberries (if frozen, thaw) 3/4 c. sugar 1 (18 1/2 oz.) pkg. yellow cake mix 1/2 c. butter, melted 1 c. pecans, chopped Butter 13x9 baking pan. Add in layers: undrained pineapple, blueberries, sugar, and dry cake mix. Do not stir. Drizzle melted butter over cake mix; sprinkle with pecans. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. Yield: 20 servings. |
