MEAT LOAF 
1 can tomato soup
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. each pepper, sage & thyme
2 lbs. ground beef
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. salt
2-4 tbsp. water

Mix 1/4 cup soup, beef, bread crumbs, egg, onion, salt and 1/8 teaspoon each pepper, sage and thyme. Make 6 mini meat loaves and brown in Crisco. Pour off fat and stir in remaining ingredients. Cook over a low heat for 20 minutes. Can be done ahead and heated in microwave.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
