CHICKEN NUGGETS 
3 chicken breast, boned, skinned & cut into 1" cubes
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
3/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 c. butter, melted

Combine cheeses and bread crumbs. Dip chicken pieces in butter and roll in crumbs. Arrange chicken in a single layer in a 10 inch glass pie plate. Pour remaining butter and crumbs over chicken. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave at Full Power for 5 - 5 1/2 minutes. Garnish with parsley, if desired. Serve hot or cold with toothpicks. Serves 4-6 as appetizers.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
