SPANISH CHICKEN 
1 chicken, cooked & diced
4 c. chicken stock
1 can mushroom soup
1 sm. can pimentos
1 c. celery, chopped
1 sm. onion
1/2 c. bread crumbs, buttered
1 c. rice, uncooked
Salt & pepper

Mix all ingredients together. Place in baking dish. Cover with bread crumbs. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
