4 medium baking potatoes
1/2 c. grated cheese
1/3 c. bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
6 tbsp. butter (soft)

Flatten potatoes on one side. Cut 1/4 slices 3/4 way through potato. Place mixture on top of potatoes and bake in 400°F oven 1 hour. Turn down to 375°F.
