PUMPKIN SWIRL SQUARES 
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
3 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 (8 oz.) pack cream cheese

Combine pumpkin, 1 1/2 cups sugar, oil and 2 eggs, mixing until well blended. Add combined dry ingredients; mix well. Combine cream cheese, remaining sugar and egg, mixing until well blended. Spoon pumpkin mixture into greased and floured 15"x10"x1" jelly roll pan. Spoon cream cheese mixture over pumpkin. Cut through batter to make marble effect. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Makes 2 dozen.
