QUICK & EASY CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 can cream of chicken soup
A little Lipton's onion soup

For a quick ground beef dish, crumble about a pound of the meat into a skillet. Cook until all red disappears. Then add cream of chicken soup. Simmer a short time. Serve on toast, mashed potatoes or rice.

SEAFOOD NOTE: Baking fish on a bed of celery and onions will add to the taste as well as keep the fish from sticking.
