PUMPKIN PUDDING 
2 c. sugar
1 c. flour (self-rising)
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. cinnamon and nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 stick melted butter
2 c. cooked pumpkin, well drained
2 1/2 c. Carnation milk

Bake in a long pan at 450 degrees for 1 hour.
