FRUIT SALAD 
2 c. buttermilk
2 sm. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 (16 oz.) tub Cool Whip
1 sm. can chopped mandarin oranges, drained
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 pkg. fudge stripe cookies

Beat buttermilk and dry pudding together and fold in Cool Whip, oranges and pineapple. Crush 1/2 package fudge strip, cookies and fold in. Garnish top with rest of cookies. Let rest 20 minutes before serving.
