1 env. Lipton onion soup mix
1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 1/2 c. crushed cheddar cheese croutons
2 eggs
3/4 c. water
1/3 c. ketchup

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl, combine all ingredients. In a large shallow baking pan shape into a loaf. Bake one hour or until done. Delicious as a cold sandwich.
