CRANBERRY DESSERT 
4 c. cranberries
6 c. cold water
2 c. sugar
3/4 c. Farina or Cream of Wheat

Wash cranberries. Boil in 6 cups of water until soft. Strain. Add water if necessary to make 6 cups of juice. Add sugar and heat until it just comes to a boil. Then gradually add Farina, stirring constantly. Cook, still stirring, until it thickens. Remove from heat and beat until foamy. Cool and serve plain or with light cream.
