FUDGY COCONUT PIE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tbsp. cornstarch
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 (5 1/3 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1/2 c. coconut, flaked
9" unbaked pie shell

Combine sugar, cocoa and cornstarch. Add eggs, butter, evaporated milk, vanilla. Mix well. Fold in pecans and coconut. Pour into pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for about 55 minutes or until center is set.
