EGG NOG 
1/4 c. sugar
5 egg yolks
2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cream, whipped
5 egg whites
2 tbsp. sugar

Cook yolks, milk and 1/4 cup sugar in double boiler until mixture coats the spoon. Add beaten egg whites with salt, add 2 tablespoons sugar. Chill. Fold in whipped cream. Optional: Nutmeg and cinnamon.
