DATE CRUMBLE PUDDING 
4 eggs, well beaten
3/4 - 1 c. sugar
1 c. bread crumbs
1 c. dates, chopped
1 c. walnuts, chopped
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine all ingredients and pour into an 8x8 inch baking dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.

Before it becomes cold (just cool) crumble up by stirring with a fork. Put in an airtight container and store in refrigerator. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream. Can be kept for a week or 10 days. Use less sugar if you don't like foods exceptionally sweet.
