NOODLE PUDDING 
(Side Dish):

1 lb. noodles
6 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 pt. sour cream (2 c.)
1 lb. cottage cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1 qt. milk

Drop noodles in boiling water for one minute. Drain. Beat eggs and sugar until creamy. Gradually add other ingredients to egg mixture (except milk). Blend with noodles. Sprinkle topping over pudding, covering completely.

Bake at 300°F for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until firm.

TOPPING:

Combine and sprinkle over pudding before baking:

1/2 c. sugar
Cinnamon to taste
1 c. corn flake crumbs

Pour milk over all.
