OVEN SESAME CHICKEN | |
1 tbsp. butter 1 c. Bisquick mix 1/4 c. sesame seed 1 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. buttermilk 1 1/2 tbsp. prepared mustard 1 egg 4 skinned chicken breasts, halved (or boneless pieces or 3 lb. cut up broiler-fryer) 2 tbsp. melted butter Heat oven to 350 degrees. Put melted butter in 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Be sure bottom is coated. Mix Bisquick, seeds and salt in shallow pan. Beat milk, mustard and egg in bowl for dipping. Do each piece first in liquid, then flour; put in baking dish. Make more coating or liquid if needed. This can be done ahead and refrigerated up to 6 hours. Drizzle melted butter just before baking for 1 hour. Makes 6 to 8 servings. |
